




Our Conditioning for Dancers class will develop key areas of strength and flexibility that are vital for dancers, including hamstring flexibility, core and leg strength, and hip and back mobility. The class is taught by Sarah Searle-Brown, who is a fitness coach as well as a dance teacher. You will set termly goals and be able to track your progress so that you can see for yourself the gains you are making!


Our brand new adult jazz class will be an exciting opportunity to learn musical theatre-style jazz dance routines and work on technical steps fundamental to jazz dancing, including pas de bourees, pirouettes and kicks. If you love musicals such as Chicago, Hairspray, and Fame- this is the class for you!
